Customised Training OR Nutritional Plan – $197

You will receive a customised training or meal plan to be followed for 4 weeks. The training plan can be done at home or at the gym and will be tailored to fit your schedule and current lifestyle. The meal plan will be based on your preferences; whether you enjoy 3 large meals a day or 6 mini meals instead. And don’t worry, if you don’t like certain foods (like celery or kale) I won’t put them on your plan! You will also receive a 15 minute accountability and update call from me (via Skype) on week 2 to follow up and see how your plan is going and whether or not we need to make some changes. Also included is unlimited email support throughout the 4 weeks.

Fit and Nourished

Customised Training AND Meal Plan – $247

You will receive a customised training and meal plan to be followed for 4 weeks. The training plan can be done at home or at the gym and will be tailored to fit your schedule and current lifestyle. The meal plan will be based on your preferences; whether you enjoy 3 large meals a day or 6 mini meals instead. And don’t worry, if you don’t like certain foods (like celery or kale) I won’t put them on your plan! You will also receive two 30 minute accountability and update call from me (via Skype) on weeks 2 and 4 to follow up and see how your plan is going and whether or not we need to make some changes. Also included is unlimited email support throughout the 4 weeks.

Ultimate Lifestyle Support

12 Week Program – $827

You will receive 3 customised training and meal plans, each of which to be followed for 4 weeks. The training plan can be done at home or at the gym and will be tailored to fit your schedule and current lifestyle. The meal plan will be based on your preferences; whether you enjoy 3 large meals a day or 6 mini meals instead. And don’t worry, if you don’t like certain foods (like celery or kale) I won’t put them on your plan! You will also receive six 30 minute accountability and update calls from me (via Skype) every two weeks to follow up and see how your plan is going and whether or not we need to make some changes. Also included is unlimited email support throughout the 12 weeks.
